As the owner of the Endeavour group of companies I am very proud of what we have achieved over the last 18 years. We are a family owned company that is committed to advancing Gippsland and supporting local communities. Over the years we have been a major contributor to Landcare Projects as well as supporting all sorts of community groups and sporting clubs.

Our main business is Endeavour Petroleum which operates bp retail fuel and shop sites in Gippsland. To do this we have over 100 staff that are committed to providing the best service and product range designed to meet your travelling needs. Like all successful businesses we understand that staff are the key to success and we look to create a secure and happy work environment. This is evident with many staff having over 10 years of service with us. Over the years we have also employed many people from the same families.

Our longevity in the competitive fuel market has been attributed to many factors, including the fact that we own the sites we operate. This has given us the flexibility to respond to market changes, be proactive with capital and maintenance expenditure and expand or contract our real estate holdings as opportunities present themselves.

Our current shop refurbishment program called project Invigorate is over 70% complete. Our builder, Jack Lumby, has worked extensively upgrading food areas to ensure we have a complete range of hot and cold food available 24 hours per day. It is all part of helping our customers on their way. 

To compliment our refurbishments we have launched our own Endeavour Stores food and drink offer, Duck Over Food & Drink, with it's own logo and branding which identifies our quality offer.

Another retail business that we own and operate is the Bottlemart Liquor site at Grantville that provides the best product range of take home liquor in South Gippsland. We purpose built this new facility and have created a unique offer to customers.

Where Endeavour is our retail business, Donay Pty Ltd is our residential property development company and provider of rental houses in the outer south eastern suburbs of Melbourne and Gippsland. Our range of houses includes homes in older residential areas that have been renovated and homes that we have built in growing areas. All our properties are managed by local agents. We are proud of the fact that we have some tenants who have rented the same property from us for a number of years. This is testament to our commitment to provide secure tenure and value for clients.

We have released stage one of Charlton Brae Estate in Dalyston. There are 8 residential blocks of over 670 sqm for sale. These blocks are offered for sale through Southcoast First National in Wonthaggi.
