Employment at Endeavour Petroleum

One of our major objectives is to provide our customers with excellent friendly service every time they shop at one of our ten convenience stores.

We recognise that our staff are the catalyst to achieving this goal, so we encourage our people to enjoy their work environment and to always strive to do their very best.

Our store staff work in a team environment and perform a variety of daily tasks.

Whilst customer service is our first priority, staff are also involved in processing sales transactions, housekeeping duties, taking deliveries, stock rotation and replenishment, stocktaking, merchandise displays, shift administration and maintaining safety standards.

We have many long time employees who are happy to remain in a customer service role, whilst others have accepted the challenge to become Site Supervisors.
