POSITION

Casual Console Operator

REPORTING TO

Site Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide excellent customer service and to work in a team environment, under the supervision of the Site Supervisor.


KEY DUTIES
  1. Customer service.
  2. Merchandising, stock maintenance and stock rotation.
  3. Handling of monies and balancing of shift till.
  4. Cleaning as specified by Site Supervisor.
  5. Complying with the Firms Occupational Health and Safety policy, including;
    • Report all incidents and hazards to management.
    • Actively participate in workplace inspections as required.
    • At all times, model safe behaviour.


KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Site Supervisor.
  • Site team members.
  • Endeavour Petroleum Seaford office staff.


KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Customers.
  • Representatives from Suppliers (e.g. Sales Representative from Coca Cola).
  • Council and Government Inspectors.


EXPERIENCE (not essential)

  • Work experience in customer service or retail environment.
  • Work experience in the oil industry.
